Sometimes you can be completely exhausted and completely full at the same time. This week in Colorado reminded me that the people, passions, and moments we love can restore us in ways that rest alone sometimes can’t.

Some weeks bring exhaustion and celebration at the same time. Between iron infusions, art sales, an award, and preparing for Colorado, I’m learning that life doesn’t have to be one thing or the other. Apparently, we’re doing both. ❤️

I’m still in the middle of healing, but somewhere along the way I realized my life never stopped. I’m creating art, selling ravens, preparing to teach in Colorado, laughing at this crazy body—and occasionally taking a two-hour nap. Maybe we don’t have to wait until everything is fixed to keep living our story.
