Have you ever noticed certain animals, symbols, or colors continually finding their way into your artwork — like they’re tapping you on the shoulder saying, “Tell my story”?

I’ve always created from the soul — intuition leading the way. But recently, I’ve been exploring the world of archetypes, those universal patterns that show up in myths, storylines, personality types, and yes… in our creative expression.

And suddenly… so much made sense.

My horses.

My ravens.

My owls.

My deep focus on expressive eyes.

My desert colors, gemstones, leather, bone.

That SOULFUL connection I try to capture every time.

These aren’t just artistic choices. They are archetypes at work — the inner voices and stories that shape how we create and who we are as artists.

🎨 What Are Archetypes, Really?

Archetypes are universal energies that live deep in the human imagination — the Creator, the Explorer, the Mentor, the Warrior, the Mystic, and more. They influence:

• What we’re drawn to

• How we express emotion through art
