Two women saw two very different things in me during Art in the Park. One saw someone struggling. The other saw joy. Both gave me something I didn't realize I needed. Sometimes the most meaningful moments aren't about what we accomplish, but the kindness, connections, and unexpected gifts we discover along the way.

Sometimes healing doesn’t announce itself. Sometimes it sneaks in through mountain air, morning walks, laughter, creativity, and the realization that you’re doing things you couldn’t imagine doing just weeks before. Colorado gave me more than a wonderful trip—it helped me find a piece of myself I thought I’d lost.
